Owelle Rochas Okorocha and his wife couldn’t hide their happiness after receiving their latest grandson, Little Master Chizurum Anthony Anwuka at Government house in Owerri.
The governor and wife Ugo Nneoma were overwhelmingly excited at the sight of the newborn and his parents.
